My interest in woodworking began in high school, where I took shop classes and learned foundational woodworking skills. As I continued to explore the craft, I developed a passion for creating custom pieces using a variety of techniques. I eventually set up a small wood shop in my home garage to refine my skills and experiment with new methods. As my craftsmanship grew, so did my vision—leading to the creation of Turner Grain.

You can order a piece from our portfolio with simple customization like a small engraving or wood type with an order form, but if you want a project not on our portfolio, send an email.
Can I receive a cost estimate for custom wood products before initiating the project?
Yes, you can receive a final estimate before the project is started.
Can I chose a wood type/combination that isn't listed?
Yes, based on availability. Orders that include wood species we do not keep in stock may require additional processing time and incur extra costs. Availability depends on the wood type and time it takes to source it.
